Recommended Uses:  Can be enjoyed simply with butter and flaky sea salt or a drizzle of raw honey or your favorite fruit spread.  Also a wonderful pairing for a BLT, grilled cheese, lunch meat sandwich, panini, or as a side to stews, soups, or tomato sauces.  

Ingredients: Unbleached bread flour, whole wheat flour, water, poolish pre-ferement, salt, yeast
